FAQ'S

  1. What countries do you ship to?  

We currently ship to the United States, however we have plans to ship to more countries. Stay tuned.

      2. How long are shipping times?

We ship directly from multiple warehouses. Your products will ship within 1-3 days of receiving your order, and then can take up to 5-10 business days or less to reach your doorstep. Each product has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.

      3. How can I track my order?

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your package using the shipping company’s website with your tracking number (for example UPS, USPS, etc.) 

      4. What happens if I've received the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- Such as, the wrong size, wrong color, defective, -- then simply notify us with your order #, send us a photo and we will handle the inaccuracy immediately.      

     5. Can I cancel my order?

An order can usually be canceled within 6 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed. If an order can be canceled, you will see a "Cancel Order" button available.

If you do not see the "Cancel Order" button, your order is already being processed. Please note the warehouse works as quickly as possible to get you your items, so the grace period is brief.
